Food. Pretty typical as far as chinese buffets are concerned. Not bad, but not great. One dish did stand out. There wasn't a label on it, but it was steak and cheese baked inside a buttery pastry crust with sesame on top. It was a heavenly mush in the best possible way. I went on a busy Saturday afternoon, and almost all of the offerings looked freshly made. Service. Waiter was efficient and worked quickly. Didn't talk much, and my empty plates were picked up almost right away. Standout guy and service. Wish I got his name so I can give him a shout out.

I really enjoy the food at Great Chow China Buffet, which is why I keep coming back. The selection is good, and the food is usually fresh and tasty. Unfortunately, this visit wasn't as enjoyable. Our waitress seemed to be rushing us through our meal and kept making us feel like we needed to finish quickly. After we paid and were walking out, she stopped us at the door saying we hadn't paid—even though I had the receipt and the card used for payment in my hand. Thankfully, the cashier/manager apologized for the misunderstanding, which I appreciated. I was also disappointed that the buffet prices were increased for Father's Day. Raising prices for a holiday like that didn't seem fair. The food is still good, but between feeling rushed, being questioned after already paying, and the holiday price increase, this visit wasn't as pleasant as previous ones. Hopefully these issues can be improved because I'd like to continue eating here. ⭐⭐⭐

I had to file a report with the Sheriff's department on them as they denied access to my service dog. They told me in broken English that "People here no like dogs" The report will be sent to the US department of Justice as well. Avoid them.

This was the best buffet I’ve been to in years! The hibachi selections were excellent. Lots of shrimp, steak, chicken, crab, and plenty of fresh vegetables with lots of options to choose from. Everything tasted fresh, and the sauces were delicious. Rows and rows of delicious dishes. Ended with lots of choices of dessert. Our waitress was friendly and wonderful service. Great place to take family.

Food was hot and appears to be fresh. The rotation of fresh items is constant. The crawfish were mushy inside and difficult to get the meat out due to soaking. The Hibachi grill had a sign next to it for Hong Kong noodles. The manager said that they stopped the noodles five years ago. The best item that I found was the whole fish. It was in a hot tray cut in portions. I took the best part of the fish, the head. It was delicious and reminded me of authentic Asian cuisine. The server came by quite frequently. The bathrooms were clean and had hot water and plenty of supplies. The only real disappointment was that there is only two handicap parking spots in front of the entrance, with enough room to add seven more Handicap spots. The two handicap parking spaces are shared with a Mexican restaurant next door. I asked the front of the house manager what the occupancy certificate for the establishment indicates and she said over 500 seats. The ADA guidelines for an establishment this size should have 9 Handicap parking spaces.
